You'll find each Panther Fitness class encouraging and supportive. We do our absolute best to create a safe and inclusive space where you can feel empowered to build your strength at a pace that's right for you and your fitness goals. A variety of ages and all fitness levels welcome. Expect a welcoming environment where we can all be ourselves and keep each other accountable.

Panther Etiquette

Clean indoor gym shoes only.
We recommend wearing shoes, no bare feet in the gym.

Boxing classes please bring your own gloves. We do have back up gloves, always better to have your own.
Workout gloves are recommended for grip, but not necessary while doing floor and weight work

Please bring your own water bottle.

Anything left on premises will be donated in order to keep our gym clean for everyone.

Please pick kids up on time! As there will be no supervision before or after class.
Body Sculpting
Expect a full body workout with a combination of functional movement and strength building. Let's go!
Sparring
Practice your combos and pad work with the high paced class.
Adult Boxing
This class is a mix of cardio and movement, targeting core strength, and booty building.
Kids Boxing
Learn basic boxing skills, focus pads, circuits, and positive discipline in this fun and challenging class. Ages 10-13
Beginner Adult Boxing
This class teaches all the fundamentals of boxing at a beginner level for teens and adults. Intermediate students are also welcome. Learn offensive and defensive, foot movement, ring control, various punch combos, punch volume, including a boxer's warm up, workout and cool down.
