You'll find each Panther Fitness class encouraging and supportive. We do our absolute best to create a safe and inclusive space where you can feel empowered to build your strength at a pace that's right for you and your fitness goals. A variety of ages and all fitness levels welcome. Expect a welcoming environment where we can all be ourselves and keep each other accountable.

Panther Etiquette

Clean indoor gym shoes only.
We recommend wearing shoes, no bare feet in the gym.

Boxing classes please bring your own gloves. We do have back up gloves, always better to have your own.
Workout gloves are recommended for grip, but not necessary while doing floor and weight work

Please bring your own water bottle.

Anything left on premises will be donated in order to keep our gym clean for everyone.

Please pick kids up on time! As there will be no supervision before or after class.
Boom Camp
Boom Boom. Expect a full body workout with a combination of military inspired training, functional movement and strength building let's go!
Feel like dynamite in this fun team-building class.
Cardio Box
Do you need more energy? This class offers a high level of cardio. Prepare to have fun, work hard and leave feeling super sweaty and empowered.
Core Booty Blast
This class is a mix of cardio and movement, targeting core strength, and booty building. Each class will start and finish with a sequence of yoga and pilates to inspire movement.
C & C Combo
A mix of fitness and boxing led by either Colin or Carly, or them as a team leading this guaranteed to make you sweat class. Get those gloves on with Coach Colin for some boxing and strength or experience a high intense cardio burn with Carly. Either way your day will be better for it!
Kids Intro Boxing
Learn basic boxing skills, focus pads, circuits, and positive discipline in this fun and challenging class. Ages 10-13
Panther Focus
This class is designed to push you beyond your limitations. With an emphasis on boxing, focus pads and punch volume, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you exceed your own expectations, increase your strength and endurance and overall fitness. Excellent for the athlete or anyone who wants to work hard and make great gains.
Power Lunch Hour
The Power Lunch Hour is packed with cardio, strength and conditioning. We promise you will leave sweaty and energized.
Partner Boxing
Sign up with a friend, family member or meet your partner in class. In this dynamic and interactive session you’ll team up with a partner to learn fundamental boxing techniques, improve coordination and boost cardiovascular fitness. With drills and pad work you will be challenged while supporting each other. Learn together, get fit together. For a drop in class book online per person. All existing members welcome. No partner? No problem. We got you.
Teen Panthera
Calling all teens! Learn the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, exciting and supportive environment. This workout begins with the boxer's warm up, then puts you through your paces with the workout and finishes with our unique cool down. No experience necessary.
Beginner Adult Boxing
This class teaches all the fundamentals of boxing at a beginner level for teens and adults. Intermediate students are also welcome. Learn offensive and defensive, foot movement, ring control, various punch combos, punch volume, including a boxer's warm up, workout and cool down.
Intermediate-Advanced Boxing
This class teaches all the fundamentals of boxing at a beginner level for teens and adults. Intermediate students are also welcome. Learn offensive and defensive, foot movement, ring control, various punch combos, punch volume, including a boxer's warm up, workout and cool down.
